Train and Tram rides through the Rain Forest

Great Barrier Reef - Here We Come

This is the part of the trip that I used to sell Alan on the idea of Australia and New Zealand.  I hope he likes it.

We spent the day on the Great Barrier Reef. It was a beautiful day but honestly, I was under whelmed. Not as many fish or colorful choral as I expected.  Perhaps it was due to the bad weather they had for several days before we came.  Still it was a very nice day and well worth the two one hour boat ride to reach the dive site. A beautiful day on the water and dinner out.
